The Role

​As the Head of Business Development of a young start-up, you will be responsible for driving our B2B sales strategy from generating leads to closing to managing customer relations. In addition, you will be working alongside the CEO developing partnerships, business operations and fundraising.

Key Deliverables

Growing our customer base.

  • Developing customer acquisition and pricing strategy to quickly gain a core group of committed customers.

  • Understanding the exact customer needs and feeding this information back to improve our product and service offerings.

 

Scaling our product.

  • Working with vendors and suppliers to ensure scalable production of our robotic systems.

  • Refining the unit economics of our production and logistics to achieve lean operation.

 

Work alongside the CEO for fundraising.

  • Generating and maintaining investor relationships.

  • Preparing financial and pitch materials for fundraising.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, market analysis, consulting or similar experience.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or other related education.

  • (Preferred) Experience with industrial automation or manufacturing sector.

  • (Preferred) Experience in working at a startup.

  • (Preferred) Market research and analysis experience.

  • (Preferred) Experience in financial management.

  • (Preferred) Think robots are cool!
